Our process for returns is fairly simple – you have 14 days to return an item after you receive it. Anything outside of this timeframe, we unfortunately won’t be able to refund or exchange it.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with all the original tags and labels attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please Note:
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded: Custom Products, Custom Tune Files, Custom Tuning Devices, Special Orders, Gift Cards, Downloadable Software, or Personalized items. Incorrect Device Serials Numbers or VIN Numbers entered by customer will not be refunded.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a (RMA) return authorization will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend that you use a tracking shipping service for all return items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 days.
EXCHANGES
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@tacticaldiesel.ca The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
