REFUND POLICY

When it comes to our Refund Policy, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Our process for returns is fairly simple – you have 14 days to return an item.
Anything outside of this timeframe, we unfortunately won’t be able to refund or exchange it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
(Some items might be subject to a restocking fee)
 
Several types of products CAN NOT be returned such as:
Custom Products, Custom Tune Files, Custom Tuning Devices, Special Orders, Gift Cards,
Downloadable Software, or Personalized items can not be returned.
We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
 
Incorrect Device Serials Numbers or VIN Numbers entered by customer will not be refunded.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
 
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we
have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card
or original method of payment.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@tacticaldiesel.ca
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have,
and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

SHIPPING RETURNS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items consider using a tracking shipping service
and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
